Carol Mathews is many things to many people. For me, she is an encourager, connector AND a creative.

As the Founder and CEO of Hero Productions, she has an incredible talent for storytelling. That, coupled with her background in film has enabled her to produce multiple television series that have aired on ESPN, TBN, and The Family Channel.  When she’s not working on film projects, she is working with non-profits and private businesses to define their mission, vision, and values in order to increase their reach and efficiency while creating unity on their team.

Betty Selakovich Casey is an award winning author and illustrator of three children's books: The Prince and the Prairie, That is a Hat and May Finds Her Way. In fact, That is a Hat was chosen by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries as the featured children's book for Read Across Oklahoma. She is also a talented artist and has her works at at Sky Gallery on Route 66 in Tulsa. In addition to these extrememly successful side-hustles, she is the Editor of Tulsa Kids Magazine, where she has been for over thirty years. Our visit will shed light into finding a publisher, she connected with Oklahoma-based, Roadrunner Press, along with her background and the timing of when she started writing and illustrating books - because it happened after her kids were grown! She also shares what she does to manage stress as well as her perspective on living purposefully.

Lauren Lowrey is an Emmy-award winning Anchor/Reporter in Nashville, TN.  Lauren is the Founder/Host/Executive Producer of the AMPstigator podcast - one of my favorites! - where she interviews women about the lessons they've learned on their pathway to purpose. In addition to all of that, she is the mother of three.

During our visit she shares more about why she started this podcast (because she was already busy!), why these conversations matter and she’ll share a story about why listening to her heart, both physically and spiritually, actually saved her life. We caught up with Taylor to discuss the Food on the Move organization and how it is reimagining our food growth and distribution system through their new program called The Food Home.
