I personally feel like if you are in a heavy band RIGHT NOW and your end goal is that you want to do this for a living and your not posting an insane amount of content.
I personally believe you will be left behind...

The past couple of days I have been getting Phone Calls, Dm's, Emails from bands that have been challenged by the Virgils Sound Den Podcast and reached out to me to talk about why their goals aren’t lining up and the little band issues they are having.

I decided to go ahead and address this situation with 3 bullet points and give bands tools and some insights on how to work through these issues!

Had that opportunity to sit down with Tucson Arizona band Decrown The Heir.
I love doing these band interviews because it shows you first hand what up and coming bands are doing that are killing it right now in their scene. These guys are definitely killing it.
Definitely pay attention to this band. They are still a newer band but in my eyes, they are doing everything right!
Their music is also really freaking good haha
At the end of this episode, you will be able to hear their newest single "Perish". Also, stream it everywhere and follow this band and watch how they take over this scene.

The idea of making music is awesome! Actually doing it is another thing. The drive it takes to be in a band and actually takes it somewhere is very hard to find...Now doing it ALLLLL by your self is even more unheard of!

My good buddy Zach of Crowsgold And The Old Souls did that exact thing!

Adding value in someone's life is probably one of the MOST POWERFUL tools you can use to build your fanbase! The reason is that you just aren't word vomiting this pitch on how they "should totally buy a shirt and totally follow us on Facebook"...that you probably just told the last 10 people.

If you connect with your audience and actually give them something to chew on then and just then they will remember you for the rest of their life andddd probably buy something and or tell everyone they know about you!

"but we are a band...how the HELL do we do that?" I'm glad you asked! (...cheesy sales guy voice...)
