In this episode, I covered the following key themes for conscious entrepreneurs taking leaps ahead in building the new business paradigm with ease, flow and joy:

- Building your business in a way that supports your natural creative flow, rather than inhibiting it - you are the one who gets to decide what works for you and can build your structure accordingly!
- Honoring your authentic body - get to know the car that drives your kind of flow!
- Clearing up the misunderstandings about the importance of masculine energy to support your flow
- Enjoyment of flow is not only sitting and waiting till you "feel like it"; your feminine energy needs to be held by a clear structure (your masculine part) in order to feel safe to open and generate in that beautiful flowing way that it does (whether you are male or female of course!) Flow is the balance between mastery of the skill and allowing the  creation of the present moment to flow. Let’s talk about the balance of being in tandem with the impulse of doing!
- The importance of making time to listen to your body - no agenda days, walking the streets, allowing the inspiration to flow in by having space to receive rather than always trying to work it out or being overloaded with tasks.
- The effect your nervous system has on your flow state - how to notice contractions that block your flow, and how to come back to balance.

Success in the new business paradigm is not as much in the "MORE DOING" approach anymore as it is in "YOUR WAY OF BEING".

It's about how you show up in the business, how you relate to all parts of your business, what energy you infuse, and from what place you build it all - trauma or true embodiment and aligned action?

Let's be honest, historically and generationally our bodies are wired to struggle, working hard, normalizing the burnout, ignoring our bodily signals and disowning our actual needs and desires. And due to that, the shift takes some efforts and time to rewire those imprints in your body cells and your nervous system.

The good news, we are shifting into a new business paradigm where you have freedom to do not only WHAT you want but also HOW you want to do it.

I personally say NO to struggle, overwhelm, slavery systems and ways "I suppose to do in business". I build all my business around that. And I invite you to a possibility of building your business from the place of natural easefulness and effortless body-led flow.

In this episode, I tackle one of the misconceptions and shadow sides of productivity and visibility in business. I go deep to explain where it comes from, what is the root cause of it all, and how it is related to the matters of the heart.

I talk about society's glorification for doing, being busy, and working hard. As well, I explore general businesses' approach to visibility and the marketing concept of being constantly visible in order to be successful.

Keeping yourself busy and pushing to be productive often is a distraction from something you don't want to face or feel. It's a hiding place for your emotions and not met longing for connection. So, what you try to do this way is attempting to meet your need for connection through the back door.

"This game of productivity and visibility in our collective is actually fundamental game we are playing for hugely unmet internal need to be loved and seen. Productivity is our transaction of love. And visibility is our trade to be seen and validated".

In the end, it’s not about tools trying to be more productive, or more visible but looking within and trying to understand your longings and energy you create everything from.
