Experiencing and expanding the heart is truly effortless, although it does ask the mind to be aware of how it feels when the frequencies of the heart are moving through the body.

The simple approach in this guided meditation can be applied whether you are at home in front of your altar or if you are waiting in line at the store. Once you get the sense of how it feels to expand your heart into and beyond your body, it begins to create a way of being where the mind, body and heart form a sweet friendship.

You are always communicating something about who you are, how you feel. The more you are willing to be aware of your own communication, the more you invite grace and harmony into all of your relationships.

Many will say that their partner or their horse or dog or cat is a reflection of themselves. I had to explore that one - it's a useful tool, but does it actually serve the relationship?

We've been taught directly, indirectly and through our own experience that strength is good...downright necessary! Right? Well, yes, right...wonderful...strength is a mighty skill to have. But going forward into a new paradigm of grace, is strength the tool that will get us there? 

Explore a different way to relate to our senses. Just because you can't measure what you sense doesn't mean you aren't sensing it! 

When you begin to have an awareness and vocabulary for what you sense, your ability to relate and navigate relationships, experiences and awareness expands.

The heart is the true seat of creation. You are creating right now! Religions would call it faith, but you can be much more engaged. When you walk at a level of mastery beyond belief systems and dogma, faith evolves into a knowing that life works constantly to harmonize itself.

Everything I share is generated by awareness of my own journey, my own life and what I've been shown along the way. Energetic work, healing, teaching and guidance can take many forms. When the priority is knowing the brilliance that we are as human beings, there isn't just one modality or philosophy that can fully explain or express the gifts we have to share.
