Florence “Flo” Gilbertson is a camera trainee at the start of her career in the film and tv industry, working towards her goal of becoming a Director of Photography (DoP). In this episode, Flo shares her experience working on professional sets, how she made the dreaded transition from university to working in the industry and provides advice for other young filmmakers in similar situations.
