#057: The freedom of choicelessness with Light Watkins

26m · Published 24 Jul 03:00

In this episode, I had the opportunity to interview Light Watkins about his book 'Travel Light' and the fascinating concept of spiritual minimalism. We delved into the idea of choicelessness and Light explained how it can lead to greater freedom, peace, and contentment. True minimalism starts from within, decluttering not just physical spaces but also minds and beliefs.

I wholeheartedly recommend listening to this remarkable conversation, as it offers profound insights that will leave you feeling enlightened. The power of choicelessness and inner work that Light discusses can be truly transformative, guiding you toward genuine fulfillment and genuine self-discovery. Prepare to be inspired and uplifted by the wisdom shared in this episode!

This experience inspired his fourth book, Travel Light, which is about what he calls "Spiritual Minimalism," which is the practice of minimalism, but from the inside out.

#055: Why are you hiding in plain sight?

38m · Published 10 Jul 03:00

This question has been on my mind lately as I reflect on the concept of visibility and authenticity. I've noticed that even those who are already famous or in the public eye can struggle with truly being seen. It's as if there's a disconnect between external recognition and internal discomfort.

Drawing from my experiences with clients who grapple with visibility, I see the profound impact of self-sabotage and self-censorship on our lives. In this episode, I explore the reasons behind hiding and invite you to break free from fear-driven self-censorship. Let's embrace our visibility and embark on a journey of honest self-reflection.

#051 - For those that can no longer delay making THAT decision…

18m · Published 15 May 02:00

Does it feel like you're being forced to choose between two worlds, and you can no longer straddle them anymore? Today I wanted to give you permission to choose, to let go of past versions of yourself and the ideologies that are not working. I know the struggle of holding onto versions of ourselves that no longer work, but I want to share in this episode the importance of making a decision and reintroducing ourselves to ourselves.

I also share where I've been, from celebrating my friend's wedding in the South of France to soaking up the sun in Lisbon, focusing on writing my book and enjoying the culture surrounding me here.
