We begin by looking at the melodic awesomeness of the pentatonic scale, over the I VI ii V progression ("the turnaround). From there, we take that same pentatonic scale, and use it to help us play outside the chord changes. This video is going to flip on some light switches for a lot of us. Invest 10 minutes in a better jazz you!!
