He lost everything and ended up $26 million in debt. Newbery rebuilt himself through AHP, sharing what he learned from his challenges to help families at risk of foreclosure stay in their homes.

AAA28 Insured Lending At It's Finest - John Panagako & Calvin Newton

John Panagoko Is a very experienced lender. In theory, his group can never run out of money to lend due to how they are insured. John got into real estate first as a controller of a property management company. He then created his own property management company and has managed over 60,000 units.

John now owns Trust Mortgage, which is a FHA insured lending company. This means that Jennie Mae’s can be issued to backup the mortgage, and in theory, can’t run out of money to lend out.

Calvin Newton’s first step into real estate was when he bought his first house at 26 and rehabbed the property. He started to flip houses as he realized he could make a pretty good living. After that, he became addicted to the real estate industry.

Calvin has worked with John for several years now because he’s the best he knows who does everything properly to satisfy HUD.

Michael Blank knew the full time job in corporate America wasn't for him. He quit his job and became obsessed with educating himself on how to achieve financial freedom. His first step in was to consume as much education and courses as possible.

Michael wound up becoming an owner in a restaurant, thinking he’d be building passive income. Soon enough he started to see that the profit margins were getting thiner and thinner, and the team of owners had a real problem on their hands.

Michael was also flipping houses to build his foundation in the industry. He realized he wasn’t building passive cash flows and wound up putting more work into it than anticipated.

As he checked down his list, Michael had a light bulb moment and started to only focus on multifamily due to its scalability, passive cash flows and appreciations.

Jennifer made a transition from working two jobs as a barista and restaurant server to a full time real estate investor! She saved up all her money and had this goal of being a homeowner. She surely had the real estate bug after accomplishing that.

Jennifer's next step into real estate was working for a local construction company that did land development and small multifamily developments. She worked with this group for about two years. Jennifer got her real estate license shortly after this and focused her business as a real estate broker for investors.

She has developed her real estate portfolio with rental properties throughout Washington with very creative ways of financing.

AAA23 Microprocessor Design to Minor League Baseball Stadiums - Victor Menasce

Victor Menasce started out in the telecom space creating microprocessors and data cards. If you have made a phone call from 1991- 2011, chances are you've used a processor created by Victor.

He started to realize he had built the skill sets from his experience in mergers, acquisitions and capital funding. He utilized this and took a step into real estate investing.

Victor takes a business approach to everything he does and states that every strategy needs to follow the law of supply and demand. His first transition into real estate was providing executive suite type properties on a medium term basis. Victor lives in Ottawa, Canada where there is alot of Parliamentary and Embassy staff the had a need for higher end housing without getting locked into a year long lease. Victor’s first step into real estate was to fill this need.

Menasce kept this creative mindset thriving and wound up purchasing a Minor League Baseball Stadium for $950,000. This Stadium had a cell tower that they wound up selling for $750,000. From there, Victor and his team took a very creative approach on handling this asset.

AAA21 From Food Stamps to a Creative Real Estate Entrepreneur - Ryan Nickel

From door knocking for pest control sales to losing his home and collecting food stamps. Ryan wound up driving across the country to Savannah, Georgia to work with a friend in real estate.

Within three weeks, Ryan deposited a $20,000 check from a creative real estate deal. The momentum kept going with Ryan procuring one creative deal after another on the buyers and the seller's side!

Nickel tells a story about one of his deals where he bought a lawnmower and it just so happened that the house came along with it!

Ryan’s interesting dynamic of finding good deals is rather fascinating. One of his strategies is called “driving for dollars”. Ryan shares a story where he went on a drive with his father and the zillow app open, showing all pre-foreclosures in the area. After viewing almost 40 properties, he found 3 that he was able to make a creative deal out of.
