On this weeks podcast, Allan Anderson shares his life's story and his drive to help others. Allan discusses his childhood and the impact of a family secret which influenced Allan and allowed him to teach people to attack and see their own potential in life.

This weeks conversation is with Psychologist Allan Anderson. Prior to flying out from Sydney to join a conference to discuss trauma and mental health, Allan shares his life story. From a childhood he describes as "not very eventful", Allan learns of a devastating family secret that is withheld from him for many years. 

This secret has an impact which causes Allan to want more in life, to seek out more challenges and to be more then what is expected of him. 

Allan studies as a psychologist and for more then 40 years, has an impact in both the school education, mental health and career development. Allan sees the potential in people, far greater then the layers of repression his clients have built around them. 

Allan asks his clients to think big as if nothing was holding them back. Now, practicing as a clinical psychologists, Allan sees a range of people, in all walks of life, and pushes his clients to see their potential.

Patrick Sweeney - How I use Fear.

On this weeks podcast, Patrick Sweeney shares his life's story and his drive to send a strong message home. Patrick discusses the fear within himself which literally saw him on deaths bed. From this awakening, Patrick sees the need to help others see their own fears which holds people back from achieving adventure.  EPISODE NOTES   This weeks conversation is with Patrick Sweeney, the author of the soon to be released book, “Fear is Fuel”.    Prior to a his morning adventurous run in the picturesque snowy Chamonix Mountains, (France) Patrick shares his life's story.  From a childhood he describes as fearful, Patrick moved to running to find passion, want and acceptance.  He continued to strive for more and became an elite athlete, a business developer and successful business owner.  However, his world came crashing down when Doctors described his medical condition as one that “we are not equipped for”.  With a young family, Patrick talks of his moments in hospital where he knew he had let fear rule his life. This fear had prevented Patrick from happiness both for himself and his young family.  After surviving, Patrick had a new lease in life, a new want, a new appreciation for the small stuff and a new appreciation for gratitude.  Patrick now Conquers Fear.  He has pushed himself to great adventures, which he honestly believes, any person can achieve; by conquering their fear and using “Fear as Fuel”.  In Patrick’s words, “Do something that scares you. Look at Change as an Opportunity with Jeremy Holder

On this weeks podcast, Jeremy Holder shares his life's adventures and his desire to help others. Jeremy discussed his ability to plan and dissect goals which allows each goal to become achievable. Plus, Jeremy is aware of his internal self-awareness which has allowed Jeremy to strive for so much more.  EPISODE NOTES   This weeks conversation is with Jeremy Holder from TacMed Australia, Coffs Harbour.     Jeremy shares his life's adventures, accepted into the Australian Army at the young age of just 17. Through early challenges, Jeremy took the role as an Army Medic or "Voodoo Medic". Jeremy had the opportunity to use his skills during the war in Afghanistan and was later award the Medal for Gallantry. The medal for Gallantry (MG) recognises acts of Gallantry in action in hazardous circumstances.   After stepping away from the Military, Jeremy "looked at Change as an Opportunity" and joined the New South Wales Ambulance as a paramedic, using his experience, knowledge and skills.  Jeremy continued his efforts to assist others & created a business, TacMed Australia where his business aims at providing medical training, knowledge and equipment to people who work in hazardous and complex environments.    So what has allowed Jeremy to achieve and face so many challenges? It's his self-awareness.
