We begin with an exciting game of artsy or absurd and then dive right into the deep stuff. Matthew opens up about his family dynamic and what is expected from him as a first generation son. What are your honest thoughts on cancel culture? Is it valid? Has it gone too far?  This week on Shame On Us Podcast we dive into the topic of cancel culture with Iné Collins. Iné is a graduate student studying school counseling at NYU and shares her words of wisdom in a passionate conversation. We define cancel culture, look at the progression, chat about our opinions,  address its effectiveness and discuss better alternatives.  We talk about what it's like to have family members who disagree with you. We ask the question: is comedy dead? We cover topics such as people pleasing, judgement and dealbreakers in a conversation that makes you feel like you're sitting at home chatting with your pals about an extremely relevant and serious topic.

Also, Bryce and sam and too hungover for the intro today. It's there, but it was painful.

Mindie is the CEO of MB and Associates Public Relations, the author of the self-help memoir “Intermission,” a keynote speaker, host of “The Race for the Ring” podcast,  former television news anchor/reporter and Mom. It's easy to say, she does it all! We chat balance, HILARIOUS on screen fumbles, boss life, dealing with rejection and more. Mindie shares her very relatable imperfection and describes the societal shame of being divorced, which she writes about in her book. This episode is filled with amazing advice for people who want to be their own boss. This PR Queen will leave you saying 'I want to be Mindie when I grow up'

Philadelphia's favorite foodie entrepreneur and fitness inspiration Carly Foglia (@carlyfoglia) joins us for an amazing episode of Shame On Us Podcast! Carly wants to bring realism into the health world. She has received her bachelors and masters' degrees in Nutrition and is working towards becoming a Registered Dietitian. She shares her story of losing 190 pounds and is very open about the insecurities she still faces regarding body image. After trying every fad diet in the book, she is the first one to say that these quick fixes are not the answer and encourages nutrition education. Why isn't nutrition a class in school? We discuss how easy is is to get caught up in a disordered eating pattern and how so many people are not alone in this. Also, Carly gives us insight into how her meal prep business, that she runs through Instagram, started. She delivers delicious meals all over the Philly area and South Jersey. An inspiration and a business woman? You'll wanna hear this interview.

Bryce and Sam are the first ones to say that they are not at all qualified to discuss anything about this topic. They do share their own experiences with body image, discuss Lizzo's juice cleanse controversy and share what they have learned about health over time.
