Why don’t I ‘have it together’ (like everyone else does)?

16m · Published 14 Nov 10:52
‘should actually be doing this’? Why dont I have it all together? an episode when we get to normalise these feelings and at the same time as normalising these feelings, normalise being confident that we are on the right path **Today we talked about:** rationally we all know its totally normal, but when we find ourselves questioning these feelings, it can sometimes lead us to take action from a desperate place. I felt very lost, and I didn’t know what was ‘for me’ and I didnt know what my path was, and I didn’t know if I should just accept it. I didnt know what was what and I didnt have any confidence in any of it… (PUT THIS AS A QUOTE IN STORIES WITH A LINK TO THE PODCAST) even if I might be going about this in the wrong way, I am on the right path and i am going to work it out.. the connection between - doing what we say we are going to do and our self worth & self trust. how to build up when you feel your whole life needs a change in direction. how to ensure that the hard days dont get accompanied by the weight of total catastrophe my “I need to make a change” moment stories I was telling myself around struggling. my failed website & why I was a wreck the whole time. my success and finally admitting what I wanted what i’m still working on - confidence in my path, getting buzzed and excited about this stuff! its natural to compare sometimes!
