"If you do what you've always done, then you will get what you've alway gotten", Henry Ford (the famous car maker) first said this and and Tony Robbins - the world famous self help guru continues to perpetuate it.

By keeping a routine and doing the same thing everyday you can achieve your goals, I did that to lose 15kg. 

Doing the same thing every day can be helpful or it can hold you back.

We discuss this in today's episode, I give real life examples of changes that I've made to my life to improve it: I stopped doing what I'd always done and started doing something entirely different.

One book that changed my life was The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. Hal spent years studying successful multi millionaires and billionaires to try to find one thing that they did that made them successful. He found 6.

In this episode I speak to you about the 6 S.A.V.E.R.S that Hal teaches and how you can incorporate them into your life. 

Ep 2 - If You Can Read and Write You Can Do Anything

My parents always told me "if you can read and write then you can do anything"; maybe they were trying to get me to do my homework, or maybe they truly believe that (hint: it's both). 

I truly believe that if you can read and write you can do anything, for example, I went from being a waitress in a small Welsh village (which I loved), to being a music promoter and venue manager, to living in Australia and having an engineering degree, to becoming a life coach. I am not special in any way. All I did was read, write (and apply what I learnt).

Feeling empowered is a cornerstone of a successful fulfilling life, but you have to set out to create power for yourself—not wait for someone else to give it to you and the first step to doing that is ensuring you've got the right peer group.
