Inspiration Network Podcast

by Caroline Stewart

You’re listening to the Inspiration Network podcast. A show that is designed to inspire Heart-Centred Creatives, Soulpreneurs & Mindfulness Mavens to connect with their deepest Inspiration and soul calling. I’m Caroline Stewart and I am a Dream chaser, adventure seeker, teacher, student, lover of the quiet. I'm all all about sitting with it, writing about it, and practicing before I preach. Currently I offer Meditation and Breathwork Trainings, and share inspiration through the Inspiration Network podcast, Insight Timer, soulful workshops and Retreats. Learn more about all my offerings at www.inspiredme.ca or via social @theinspiredme So, as you can imagine, I’m all about Meditation. Practicing it, sharing it, and helping others integrate the practice into their own paths. But that’s not all. For me, Meditation is the vehicle for self-inquiry. For exploring the deeper questions that we all ask ourselves. Who am I? And why am I here? This podcast explores these questions and so much more.

51 - Grief as an Invitation to Aliveness

40m · Published 22 Jan 14:45
In this episode of The Inspiration Network Podcast I am joined by my dear friend Orest Zwozdesky. Together, we are offering an important weekend of Grief Ritual + Ancestral Immersion that we call 'The Invitation'.

To grieve is to be exquisitely alive. It is raw and difficult. A space of vulnerability, of transparency. A weight that we carry, so often alone, that begs to be expressed, seen, and set down.

To the equal degree that we grieve, we are able to love. This intimate experience is an opportunity to be held in the depth of our sorrows. A guided ritual experience into the depths of what weighs on our hearts.

Let more about The Invitation, happening February 25 + 26, 2023 near Edmonton AB, Canada on my website at https://inspiredme.ca/the-invitation-grief-ritual-ancestral-immersion-feb-2023

50 - The Art of Saying Goodbye

17m · Published 01 May 09:00
There is some strange discomfort that accompanies a goodbye.  A deep knowing that even though it is for potentially a short while, there is a chance that it could be much longer.  And that in the absence, everything will change.

Consider that for a moment.  What if you could really hold this knowing when you were to kiss your partner or kids goodbye in the morning?  Or hug your friends after a visit?  To know that this is the only moment that will be just like this.

And that we aren't guaranteed tomorrow with this person.

How differently would we show up?  Would we soften a little more?  Hold a little longer?  Remind our loved ones just how special they are to us?

49 - The Moral Carnivore - Ethics of an Ancestral Diet

25m · Published 28 Mar 14:53
In this episode we explore 5 reasons why eating an Ancestral Diet is an ethical choice. Ancestral Eating, or Ancestral Nutrition, is an approach to food choices and a relationship to both your food and the food systems of raising, growing, caring for, processing and delivery of food that puts wholesome, natural, organic and Indigenous foods at the forefront of healthy choices.

47 - Veganism Gone Wrong

28m · Published 04 Mar 16:09
This episode is all about my experience of trading a Vegan/Vegetarian diet for a Carnivore-ish diet and why. I've been sitting on this topic for a while...and I realised that it's in large part because I was holding back my truth. My knowing. And once I realised that, there was no choice but to express it. If you've been on this journey with me for a while then you know how important integrity and authenticity is to me.

I kick off this episode by reminding you that discernment is important above all else. Your unique experience and sovereignty trumps anything that I have to say (or anyone else has to for that matter).

45 - The Body is the Unconscious Mind

18m · Published 09 Oct 14:27
Consider how you experience your body and the feedback it offers.  The feelings, sensation, expression.  It is all a representation of what is going on below the surface, and much of this is unconscious programming that we aren’t even really aware of.  Stored thoughts, beliefs and experience that is held and represented in the body.

Through practices of inner reflection such as Meditation and Breathwork we meet the unconscious parts of self through and gain greater compassion, understanding and love for our body.
