This week has been a humbling experience of realizing that my attitude of "failure is not an option" is yet another limiting belief I adopted in childhood. Although I credit much of my personal growth to this mindset, I'm learning that this internalized pressure for success is limiting me from accessing the ease and grace that comes with remembering my true divine nature. I'm so happy to share this revelation and moment of understanding with you. 

"The Truth Will Set You Free" John 8:32 is a verse I never truly understood, until now. My personal journey with Truth has been a rollercoaster of a lesson. Growing up I felt the truth was hidden from me to protect me from the realities of the World. I felt being naïve made me vulnerable, made me weak, made me a victim. I started on a quest for truth at a young age, I wanted to know everything there was to know so I could never be taken advantage of again. Well— life did not disappoint in the many lessons I had to learn about Truth. In this episode, I share my insights about how truth has helped me to find true peace and compassion for myself and others. I hope you too allow for Truth in all things to bring you peace, vulnerability, and one step closer to the remembrance of your true sovereign divinity.

We are all on our own hero's journey on a quest of self-re-discovery. On our journey home.

But the reward is far greater than a better sense of self.

We all have an unseen Soul team who is rooting for us, protecting us, and guiding us to embody and express our sovereign divinity. Now is the time to start learning the language of our Soul team and learn to integrate the guidance they've been trying to communicate with us.

In this episode, I share about my own journey to authentic living and some ways you can begin cultivating that connection now.

Through our own authentic expression, we can encourage and hold space for others to live their authentic selves— just simply by becoming who we've always been.

In this episode, I speak on the necessity of vibe control or gate-keeping what energy you're allowing into your Universe.

In this episode, I share my experience practicing Awareness over the past 4 weeks. In my attempt to be a deliberate creator rather than reactive to my environment, I began to practice being aware of all 5 senses throughout the day. At the start of the practice, I realized just how much I've been on auto-pilot and found it challenging to keep my mental focus on what I was doing.

From the dawn of time, fight or flight has been a part of our DNA. Whether we're deciding the fate of humanity or just navigating our lives, fear can cause us to make some rash decisions.
