My husband, Brandon, interviews me about my dad's sudden death on a plane crash that happened when I was 9 years old.  We wanted to share my story because it is a large reason why I started this podcast and the lessons I've learned from my own difficult journey.

In part two of Kara's story, she talks about her long road to recovery and the humbling experience of not being able to take care of her newborn baby. She describes the help she received and how that service continues to bless her life.

In this interview, Kara describes her story of going to the hospital to have what she thought would be a normal delivery. Once she had her son by C-section, Kara shares how she began hemorrhaging so much, that she needed an emergency surgery to remove her uterus to save her life. Kara also shares the miracles that happened along the way.

Laura describes what is was like to live through the dark days following the death of her daughter, Mikkie. She then shares what their family does to keep Mikkie in their lives and how they celebrate Mikkie's "Angelversary" each year. Laura talks about the impact of a child's death had on her marriage and how it what saved and how doors have been opened for her that she never would have imagined.

While on vacation, years ago, Laura lost her two year old daughter in a drowning accident. In the midst of her grief, Laura also had to deal with figuring out how to forgive both her husband and herself. Laura share what others did that helped her the most while she mourned.

Brittany talks about what her own path to recovery as a wife of a pornography addict. Brittany shares how her relationship has changed with God and the lessons she's learned on vulnerability and becoming more authentic with people in her life.
