So why me and why now? In this very special first episode, I'm sharing the inspiration behind starting the Seek & Be podcast and getting real about the fear that can hold us back from achieving our dreams. 

While I haven't done anything particularly remarkable, I've lived a pretty remarkable life; one with loss, joy, trauma and beauty - with plenty of twists and turns along the way. I'm guessing you've experienced much of the same. This is a place for us to share those stories.
