With consistency and effort, building your brand, company or your art online will become easier to connect with more folks. Giving ourselves the time needed though, to rest and relax instead of forcing ourselves to create work.

With our constant focus we get to where we want to be by sticking on our path. Keep pushing. Pushing through the ups, pushing through the downs. We will get there. Keep at it.

Through the hours, hard work, sweat, tears, energy; know that whatever it is you're trying to achieve, will happen.

Following that feeling. The feeling that is causing anxiety, fear of the unknown but as well as pushing to grow. Time & space will allow us to lead with love then fear.

Vulnerability. We feel uncomfortable, we are here to heal. Through focusing on what is felt deep inside, it will bring up peace, empathy, kindness........new life.

Take a step away. Take a step back. When we release the pressure that we are putting on ourselves to create and keep going, we are then allowed to just be. Be in the moment, receive from the Universe and revive what is needed.

Act. Embrace. Change. Evolve. We learn & then still not meet our personal expectations that we wanted to, we learn and grow. Faith.
