“To be brave I do not have to be perfect”, this is the mantra for this meditation and beautiful way to bring our new annual theme for 2022: Be Brave, Not Perfect. Jess will help set your intention and allow you to get swept away in this mantra through sound. Take this moment to pause and to be okay with all that is not perfect and all that you desire to brave, not only for this month but for the next year to come. This meditation may also be a good addition to your wellness practise.

23: 4 Important Learnings for 2021

Thank you to everyone that supported and followed Your Inner Vitality over 2021.  This was yet again another year of ups and downs, but there were also some great learnings from it too. 

Jess shares four lessons she learned for this year and two things she wants for both her and you for the new year to come. Her own examples and truths will be shared along with introductions to some people that helped her along the way.  There will be some other special individuals, but they will be saved for another episode dedicated to just them. 

Learnings:

  1. Being scared and doing it anyways
  2. You can talk yourself out of doing anything and also into doing anything
  3. Hard work (Let’s say Passionate Work) should have fun, rest, and celebration
  4. Don’t do it alone, it is better when you bring others along with you
