14: Be in the Driver’s Seat of Your Present Moment

15m · Published 07 Aug 05:00

Jess is going to use the analogy of driving to help you identify your past, present and future.  In coaching we honour all moments but do not spend much time in the past.  Just think of it, when you are driving you only take moments to glance at the rear-view mirror. If you were to keep all your focus on that rear-view mirror and not the front windshield than you are certain to get into an accident. Now spending to much time fraternizing in the future can also have you lose out on present moments. Jess is a huge goal setter, but you also must be mindful that no matter how well you plan out for your future also be open to change.  Who knows you may just land at a destination even better than you set out for? This episode digs a little deeper to help you open your mind and expand your present moment.
