Biggest improvements came in the gym with my destroying my PRs multiple times in different lifts. I also learned that just showing up isn't enough. This week I came to the realization that over the past few weeks/months I've lowered my standards in some areas of my life. When you give one area of your life so much energy and time others areas will indirectly suffer. This has been the case for me and I realized that that's not how I wanted to live my life. I want to show up 100% to everything and lead by example. So my question to you is, are you selling yourself short too?

I've been on a journey recently of trying to take myself to the next level. In that journey, I noticed there are a lot of things I need to work on. Things like managing my internal dialogue better, managing stress better, getting myself to a better place physically and so much more. I've learned to embrace this process and really love setting goals and making a plan to achieve them. Everyday is a new opportunity and a day to get better, and that's my goal.

This is the first full week I had at my job and I learned so many things. As a team we did really well to start the month, and I'm so grateful I can be apart of this journey.
