Kasia is the founder and CEO of The Academy, a school that teaches women the foundations of power and influence. Kasia’s perspective on power is unique. Over the course of nearly 20 years, she has worked as a professional dominatrix and practiced Taoist alchemy in one of the oldest female led monasteries in China. She's the author of Unbound, a woman's guide to power. Since founding The Academy in 2013, Kasia has taught over 4,000 women to radically increase their power, agency, and influence and today, she’s sharing those teachings with us.

I recently spoke with my Sacred Society Mastermind clients about the feeling of overwhelm in business. Having too many things to do, comparing to others, struggling with imposter syndrome and feeling confused on what to focus on first, all while dealing with the day-to-day pressure of life as well as what’s been going on in the world lately.

And I’m sharing part of what I shared with them, here in this episode. The importance of giving yourself grace, giving yourself permission to take a break from social media, filling your cup, knowing how to prioritise, and learning to detach and surrender so you can focus on what’s really important.
