Living according to nature is a powerful tool to de-stress the body and mind and bring healing and health.

Our bodies contain a gene that encodes certain proteins to build up in the cell at night and other to dissipate at night. Every cell carries these light/dark cycle genes.

Nobel peace prize in medicine in 2017 was awarded to 3 american scientists who studied Circadian rhythms.

We ignore this because of modern inventions like the lightbulb, internet, but when we consistently override our bodies natural rhythms we may actually start to reset the clock in our organs in the reverse.

We also have hormones that are secreted that create our desire to be awake or asleep.

Ayurveda teaches that there are certain times of days that are governed by the three doshas. By matching our activities to this time wheel we will have greater health, energy, mental clarity, digestion and even happiness.
