Many beginners wonder whether or not they need to have a program to get results or if they can just do their own thing. Have you ever hard someone say that they don't train calves because they're just based on genetics? What about I'm just big boned? Too short? Too tall? Whatever the excuse is that you have about why you don't look the way you wish you did, I'm here to tell you that there's no reason why you can't push yourself to reach whatever your genetic limit is. The problem is we all set our limis way lower than what they actually are!

My goal is to become a qualified personal trainer and help people on their fitness journeys. I have to hold on the training people until I'm qualified so I decided to start this podcast in the meantime to help as much as I can until then.
