In traditional Chinese medicine, illness is believed to be caused by an imbalance of yin and yang in the body. DARKNESS TO LIGHT

In 2001 Tampere, Finland, a man who went to his first energy healing course as a hobby. He not only understood the importance of the emotions to heal self but became expert in the same to heal others as well. Petri Filipczak an expert in energy healing and a trainer who has trained more than 1000 energy healers is going to share about how effectively the alternative healing therapies could help us in controlling our emotions. This in turn is the most effective way to heal ourselves. 

  

His own Energy healing modality called “BodyMind Energy Balancing Method” through which he has been able to help more than 1000 people in and around Finland. He is the head trainer in his company translated as “Finnish Energy Healers” (in Finnish it's called as “Suomen Energiahoitajat”)

Self love - a simple word yet difficult to practice. There's a lot of talk these days about self-love. It sounds great, but what does it actually mean? How do we love ourselves and why does it matter? All these questions will be answered in this episode. 

When you love yourself, you have an overall positive view of yourself. This doesn't mean you feel positive about yourself all the time. That would be unrealistic! 

In fact, Self-love is the foundation that allows us to be assertive, set boundaries and create healthy relationships with others, practice self-care, pursue our interests and goals, and feel proud of who we are.
