We share our individual food journeys, allergies **do you know what FPIES is?!** tools you'll need, different approached to introducing food, and resources we find very helpful.

Lana talks us through what SMA is, how  her son has been affected, how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted their family, and what measures they take to protect Kaysen who is immunocompromised due to SMA.
