Kundalini Yoga is also known as the Yoga of awareness. Kundalini exercises are precise, repetitive and prescriptive. You will chant, sing, and move with the breath to elevate your awareness. The assumption is that there is energy at the base of our spine. With the practice of Kundalini Yoga you bring that energy up your spine, through your seven chakras, out the crown out of your head.\

Kundalini Yoga's ultimate goal is to increase your self-awareness, get rid of mind chatter and remove all blockages of energy in your body.Kundalini Yoga was kept secret for a very long time and only instructed to royalty and nobility until it was brought to the west in the late '60s.
