Cara is a sex educator and podcaster with Multiple Sclerosis. While training to become a sex educator, she was forced to face her own internalized ableism in regard to sex and sexuality. She talks about her experience with MS, how to adjust your sexuality as your body changes, and how kink may be beneficial to the chronically ill.
