Mike was killing it at the office but couldn’t overcome fitness inertia until he started doing one on one training at PVCF and doing what he was told. Mike tells his story. Along the way we learn about leather belt accountability, habit stacking, why soccer players aren’t athletes, why hip extension is variously necessary or optional, potential mommy issues and more. Apologies to Laura Hutchinson Christoph and Ayn Toppin, whose names Tony butchered. Like a jerk.
