This is a 10 minute body scan meditation that you can use to build awareness to your body, support positive body image, or to add some presence in your day. This is based off the yoga nidra practice, which is a practice to encourage deep rest and relaxation. This practice is often done lying down, but it can be done in any resting position tha tis comfortable for you.

Pre-Meal Breathwork

This is a short breathwork practice that you can use before a meal. It uses a 5 count inhale and 5 count exhale to help relax your nervous system or get present. You can do it before a meal or at any time you'd like to focus on your breath for a few minutes.
