In this episode I have on elementary teacher and musician Grace Vandermeiden. I ask Grace very difficult questions about how to balance and model discipline in love. Her amazing answers give us great insight and inspiration on how to exemplify and teach our next generation the importance of conflict resolution and emotional regulation. Episode III of Season II is all about the mind and body, with the aspiring performance psychologist, Tj Dempsey. In this episode TJ opens up about his journey and the struggles of failure. We learn through his expertise and experience the process of how to overcome these battles. Often times we seek to suppress our true emotions and Tj explains how this hurts us more than helps us. Season II continues with another amazing episode with special guest Hannah Henson! Episode II is all about redemption of relationships. As I ask Hannah the tough questions about her liberation story and past breakups, she graciously unveils the healing of her wounds that will inspire you to be bold over your pain. Hannah’s humility shows throughout the episode with her work as a personal fitness trainer, manager of a business, and her natural extroverted personality. She reminds us how important it is to be true to who we are and trust our gut with difficult decisions. One decision that has changed her life forever, almost didn’t happen, if it wasn’t for her boldness to be blessed. 

The beautiful story in this episode, is how God can find love for us no matter what. Steve graciously unveils to us that his real mother never told him that she loved him. And because of this, Steve felt that he had to harden himself into a man that didn’t need to be loved. But because of this “bulletproof” attitude, Steve found himself in need of redemption. After God patiently and lovingly humbled Steve, Steve found love in all the strangest places. Love from his biggest enemy on the streets (Joe), and love from Joe’s mother. Joe’s mother would tell Steve she loved him every day, and this relationship was the bedrock for Steve's future trials that made him all the more loving. When we listen to this episode we will hear of how to be hopeful in the hardest of situations. 

How to Love Recklessly! When we realize how much our Creator Loves us we instantly see results in so many areas of our lives! The light shines through our past and into our magnificent future. Be Bold in how much you are loved and in your True Image and you will surely be Blessed!

In Episode#25 I talk about how to be who you truly are in these hard times, and how to be the radiant light that you really are. When we adjust our perspective and sync up our heart and mind, this allows us complete freedom in pursuing our passion and purpose. Episode#23 is all about how to overcome family strife! This episode I take a pivotal step in the direction God has been leading me in by discussing the difficulties of family dynamics. The content of this episode will address the anxieties men take on and why. How women can help their man be the man they fell in love with from the beginning! I address both the man's angle and the woman's perspective on how to overcome the daily stresses and falling outs that a marriage and family encounter daily and overtime.
