1h 47m · Published 16 Jul 10:33

Kendalyn received her bachelor of Arts in Photography in 2019 from Grand Valley State University. Her journey into photography started her freshman year of high school and continued to flourish into the career she has today. She is currently based in Michigan and creates commercial, editorial, and personal photographic art in Detroit, Ann Arbor, and all over Michigan. Her current focus is capturing events and community in Cannabis and Psychedelic spaces.

For Kendalyn, art and creativity have always played a huge role in her life. Her love for people, life, community, and relationships with them allows her to  capture the essence of people, places, and things.  Our relationships with ourselves, our loved ones, our peers, our products, and the people we meet along the journey that is life is what shapes our perspective of reality. By tuning into the subtle nuances and complexities of our relationship with the world, Kendalyn is able to create photographs that highlight and showcase different perspectives and tells a story. Photography allows Kendalyn to meet and interact with people that teach her about life and challenge her to grow as a Photographer, Creative, and Human.

My 4th Guilty Pleasure

20m · Published 03 Apr 02:45

I might be addicted to watching these couples to see if i guess right on who stays together...but do any of them actually make it?

Is the infatuation phase still a thing or has it become a primary objective for a relationship making it easy to end and move on to the next?

Do we ever wise up to understanding that the intense passion morphs into a comfortable realization that the person we fell for was temporary?

Love Contracts: Marriage v. Love; The Friend Therapist; IG-Things to Learn About Your Partner

52m · Published 27 Dec 01:21

This week I voice a few opinions around a couple of topics that most of us feel some way about: Marriage is not a guarantee and the real contract should be between you and your partner, not the government.  I also have a few things to say and offer a check in point around the 'Friend Therapist' to see if you need to establish some boundaries. And I close out with an important IG post from Centered Self Therapy w a suggestion on how to connect in deeper with your partner(s).

This week's Local Owned Business is EARTHEN HAND CERAMICS by MADELINE SANDLER.  Check out her amazing work and if you're feeling inspired, sign up and take a class with her. You can find all the info on her website:
