Ep. 17: Seasonal changes, inner work, routine changes, the importance of sunshine, tips for budgeting travel and more!

35m · Published 22 Oct 21:51

Andi and Cally come together for this episode from across the country to talk about some relatable topics. They touch on how the seasonal changes can affect our moods and what we can do to fix this as well as, how their morning routines and routines in general have shifted and changed. They also touch on the importance of Vitamin D from sun exposure and how to make time for yourself to go on a trip to seek warmth if you are from colder areas of the world. They give a few tips and tricks for how to budget for traveling or moving across the country.

They flow through many topics but the overall arching theme of this episode is making sure that we are all doing the inner work, the work that matters, coming back to ourselves, so that we can create a ripple into the world and help inspire others to be better.

The Four Agreements was written by Don Miguel Ruiz. As the title suggests, there are four different agreements that if we could all get behind and believe in, we'd all live a much more peaceful life. The girls take turns touching on each of these agreements and share personal examples and experiences with each.

They talk about a bonus 5th agreement based off the sequel book called The Fifth Agreement written by Don Miguel Ruiz and his son Don Jose Ruiz. We hope you enjoy this short episode and book review! Let us know if you have any book suggestions or if you'd like us to continue to talk about different books that have shaped our lives. Thank you for listening, we appreciate you so much!

Ep. 15: Andi's Interview!

19m · Published 23 Aug 01:40

The girls are more than excited to be together on this quick mini episode! There are lots of laughs and goofy moments in this one, but all to show a bit more of Andi's true colors. Andi has always been a little bit more reserved about sharing herself with people, and in this episode we get to peak in just a little bit more into her soul and authentic self.

She shares more about her spirituality, who some of her role models are, how she stays grounded being an entrepreneur, and what some of her mantras are. There are a lot of little moments in this episode where great reminders will poke through!

Thank you as always, for tuning in, listening to us, and supporting our journey. We love to do this podcast, for ourselves, but more importantly for any of you who decide to hear us. Reach out if you have any questions, comments, or episode suggestions. Or even if you have areas in which you disagree with what we are saying, we'd love to hear all the feedback! We appreciate you!

Ep. 14: The power of the mind, what they've been up to, and the stories we tell ourselves day to day.

48m · Published 16 Aug 04:00

We have missed you so! Our Soul Woman Cally just moved across the country today to further pursue her career in being a Doula and creating music, while Mar has officially decided to stay living out of state on a year long Yoga teaching contract. Andi (is speaking in third person) is continuing to build her almost three year old business, and is at home editing this episode with a smile on her face, knowing the three of them have a bright future together.

The Sol Women are finally back together to talk about their Summer experiences with growth, as well as what they have learned and gone through. They talk about how they handle the stories they tell themselves and how we can all use our minds to manifest a better future. They touch on the power of manifestation and how it goes beyond positive thinking. The conversation leads to letting go of control and why it’s so important. They laugh, have fun, and get serious as always.

We hope you enjoy this episode! Give us feedback, it is much appreciated.

Ep. 9: Abuse in intimate relationships. Part One.

32m · Published 09 Apr 16:07

We touch on a very sensitive topic in the next two episodes, regarding abuse in intimate relationships. The Sol Women practice what they preach and get vulnerable with their listeners by sharing their own personal experiences with abuse in past relationships. They touch on how abuse can happen, how lacking education and self-love are major components in abuse, and how we were raised having to do with how we view love. Our goal is to share the lessons we have learned and hopefully relate to some of you when it comes to what we have gone through. Don't hesitate to reach out to us regarding your personal stories or situations. We love all questions, comments, and leave a review if you like listening to us!
