Dr. Erica Arcuri (@dr.ericaarcuri.nd) is a Naturopathic Doctor passionate about all things hormones, skin & gut health. She recently opened her very own clinic - @wellbynd. She is also the co-founder of @thewellnessmrkt; an event that brings together a variety of vendors, workout classes, meditations and other wellness experiences.

Her belief is that people need to feel empowered in order to take ownership of their own self-care, healthy habits and health outcomes. She works with the “80/20s” of the wellness world – the ones who understand the importance of incorporating daily health practices, but don’t want to live their lives on a “cleanse”.

She works with her patients, wherever that is at that moment, to create a wellness plan authentic to their needs, and to provide them with the tools and knowledge necessary to heal.

Her goal is to go BYND the basic elements of nutrition and exercise. She wants to introduce new ways of healing that your body hasn’t experienced before, to find the ultimate state of balance.
