In this episode, Amy discusses some practical implications of PTSD.  Many times, survivors of trauma are unaware of symptoms that can and often does affect lives on a daily basis.  Also in this episode, Amy begins to tell her story as it pertains to her journey to the diagnosis of Complex PTSD. 
There is Hope for PTSD and survivors of trauma, but sometimes getting to the road to healing feels like an insurmountable task, but HEALING COMES!  Amy challenges trauma survivors as well as those who love them, to put in the hard work, because healing sits at the beautiful intersection of Joy and sorrow.  Come!  Learn about how healing is for all of us and the first step in that journey is surrender.
