Well-Combe back as we Tune in to part 2 for the follow up discussion with Travis Lange on dreaming and reconnecting to our purpose or also known as, our "Dharma." In part 1 we previously discussed how we have consciously fallen asleep to our own personal dreams and how or why it may have happened. Now, let us go deeper in the talk regarding lack of mentality as well as how to RE-Focus. We can RE-Connect and start being true to our own inner calling, but to get back to "OUR DREAM" takes conscious effort and with that focused energy we can wake up to realize how this energy is better spent on our own focus rather than "keeping up with the Jones."

Welcome back to the follow up discussion on Happiness VS. Joy where we delve deeper into our human nature of the comparison game we all go through. The ways we compare and how this behavior can ruin, inhibit, and block our ability to find joy. Take a look inside this episode for some activities to help alleviate stagnation and find true joy in our daily lives.

Start empowering your greatness by doing things to:

Push outside your "comfort zone"
A great tools we use form a book called "Raise Your Inner Game" (DAVID LEVIN) talks about incorporating some everyday natural "LIFTS" such as going outside, spending time with others, changing hands to brush your teeth, and giving of ourselves. Seems simple but yet we tend to steer clear of the simple thinking it is going to be the hard things that elevate us. Remember we need to be kind to ourselves, find the things that bring us to a higher vibrational feeling and enjoy the process
