Indy believes that true and lasting transformation begins with changing our mindset and that is why mindset coaching is at the core of her coaching practice. Having been through her own transformation journey where she lost 120 lb, Indy’s clients benefit from her relatability, they do not only learn from her successes as certified nutrition and fitness professional, but also from what she learned from her journey, the good and the challenging.

My guest on this episode is Morgan Rees. 

Morgan Rees is an independent personal trainer based out of Los Angeles. She works with clients of various backgrounds, some of which live with a chronic illness. She was diagnosed with fibromyalgia at the age of 15 and has worked with several clients who have fibromyalgia as well. She has a bachelors in kinesiology with certifications including fitness nutrition specialist, functional range and mobility specialist, and certified functional strength coach.
