When we plant the seeds in our garden...do we constantly dig them back up every week to see if there has been any process?? No! Of course not. We get educated on how to nurture the seeds in the soil...AND WE TRUST THE PROCESS!! Hang on and be encouraged this is not your harvest time just yet but it’s coming! Keep your intentions focused and you will be able to manifest the life dreams and goals that you want.!! Sharing some encouragement from my own story of belief patience and trusting the process

So I am recounting my very first experience with Energy Healing and what it was like and what I found out and just trying to broaden my experiences in this life and for my coaching practice. Life is to be Experienced...not just lived!

Nothing you have been through will be wasted! Repeat that to yourself quietly. Some say comfort zones are where we go to coast or ultimately die, whether spiritually or physically. Do you every suddenly feel discontent and you don't know why? No longer satisfied with your life even though on the surface you were fine with how your life was going...but know you're really restless and unhappy? I get it. Listen in as I discuss this sentiment in my own life and how all of these little signs along the way were pointing me unto the path I was supposed to be on...but I was just to apathetic to see/or act on them...until now! ...a whole new world has opened up and it can for you too!!

S.M.A.R.T. Goals are important....but they are just and idea until you act on them. It's now time to take MASSIVE ACTION...Do something every week that either stretches your boundaries and makes you feel uncomfortable. Just do it Scared! It's oddly exhilarating to do because you constantly tell yourself you are doing it for the young YOU....and the future YOU! It's Go Time!
