Kat and Liberty meet Vicky Midwood who confesses to drinking from seven years old, she grew up in a pub, which meant alcohol was around for all her early life.  Vicky then faced an eating disorder and being in toxic relationships. All of which took its toll on her in later life resulting in a heart attack. 

Having come through her own life challenges, she is now determined to help others face their demons and come out on top. Vicky is a Transformational Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach but now has also trained in Addiction and is known as the 'Disordered eating Eliminator'.

Vicky talks openly about her journey, and the enduring inner strength which led to the beautiful life she leads helping others today.

Kim Greco was a Dolphin trainer for 10 years and then left her dream job to stay home with my kids. When her youngest was 18 months old, her husband left and filed for divorce. 

After she got her feet back on the ground, she powerfully chose to start her own business teaching pet owners how to train their dogs. For the past 12 years, my business has flourished as a team and grown through a recession and the pandemic.
