56m · Published 24 Oct 19:46

It’s a solo episode today and CJ and Megan are in the hot seat chatting about the shifts and changes they have both been making to support themselves in managing anxiety. They share the things they have been adding to - or removing from - their daily routines, what tools and supports they have found that are making a big difference and the impact the changes have on them physically and emotionally.
