As a proud New Zealander (with deep Dutch roots), Maegan Blom is a savvy, authentic and aspiring young leader.  Hailing from an entrepreneurial family, Maegen grew up on a dairy farm in Southland, New Zealand, before her family moved to Marlbourgh after buying Mills Bay Mussels.  Maegan has spent the last few years studying Agricultural Business and Food Marketing, whilst working to find a deep sense of purpose.  She is passionate about supporting others in her generation to make a valuable contribution with their unique talents, and believes for them to thrive there needs to be a feeling of belonging.  Belonging is also a key contributor to being part of a dynamic family business, and in this podcast Maegan shares some of the tools they have been working with to create a more balanced communication structure to making decisions that have impact.

Eve is a young, educated, passionate leader who describes herself as unapologetically loud and opinionated, curiously acquiring knowledge and discovering life skills through a broad spectrum of interests. 

Eve grew up on a dairy farm on the North Island of New Zealand, with many of her life skills coming from learning to horse ride, caring for horses and the entrepreneurial skills needed to manage 4 horses. But after breaking her femur bone in a bad accident she joined her father at a National Party conference in Wellington and officially caught the bug of politics at the age of 13. 

In this podcast we explore her journey of life as a 21 year old young woman, her belief that you need to be the change you want to see in the world and the lessons she has learnt through knowing who she is and the self worth that comes with that.

Through experimentation, creativity and learning through mistakes, they collectively found a new approach and backed it with a scientific approach and curated a business to reflect the needs of the future.

By disrupting a market through a circular economy mindset, Helen has a strong call for action aligned to creating an equilibrium of our ecosystems.

Kim feels privileged with the work that she does at MYOB, one of the fastest growing businesses, a business that shapes a big part of who she is.

Knowing that community is a central part of connection and that it is within communities and business that fuel you, Kim reflects on the waves of life and how important communities, connection and family have been to making her the woman she is today.

Kim grew up immersed in business with her first job at 10, at Paddy's Market's in Sydney with her family business after a glorious childhood, growing up on acreage on the South Coast of New South Wales.

In reflecting on her most challenged stages of life it was returning to work, 3 months after having her first child and facing a crisis of confidence, the confidence to balance out her two important life roles.

As an entrepreneur, Bridgette is driven and determined to change the stigma in New Zealand about divorce and separation, and has founded Equal Exes to support couples and their families through divorce coaching.

Bridgette draws on her personal experience of being in a verbally abusive, controlling and manipulative marriage, before leaving the marriage but completely unprepared for what lay ahead. She is teaching the things that she learnt to be able to seperate with dignity.

Covid has shone a light on the cracks and truth of relationships with now 30% higher divorce rates, Bridgette recognised that people needed the support now more than ever.

As the naughty bright kid at school, Vicki always knew that a traditional life path wasn't going to be for her and was prompted by someone sharing that life should just be FUN.... and to just enjoy it.

This set her on the path of becoming a super yacht chef for 30 years, embracing her love of starting small businesses, studying natural medicine, and valuing her freedom and health to launch iWalkWaiheke - a multi day walking tour company located on Waiheke Island, New Zealand.

Vicki admits that she has always had a love hate relationship with the word purpose, and knows that it's an eternal quest of discovery rather than just a place that you just arrive at.

Vicki has a nurturing call for action from our community to find someone in your community that hasn't experienced nature to the extend that you may have and take them out on your adventures.

The more time we spend in nature, the better versions of ourselves we know we can become.

Sarah Vickers is a spiritual being, a registered nurse and holistic health practitioner... what a wonderful and diverse mix. 

Sarah is focused on living life to the full with health, heart and spirit aligned. She believes that for her to be the best version of herself it begins each day with a combination of mindful practice through meditation, restorative yin practice and daily gratitude. 

Knowing that change is the only constant, Sarah’s passion for continuous learning and growth is evident in how she challenges her mindset and constantly looking through a new lens.
