Jake’s current research efforts focus on integrating engineering and scientific processes with professional talent management and leadership development. Using his research background, Jake and his colleagues cofounded the leadership society of Arizona based off of a business management model developed by Dr Dean Kashiwagi. Their objective is to provide students with professional Success Coaching to help them prepare for their futures, and to help Teachers and Professors with the tools to be able to deliver this exceptional curriculum.
