→　日本では、地震は発生する時に、住んでいる場所、地震が起こった場所にもよりますが、携帯電話が地震の発生を教えてくれます。

地震速報は、そんな時に、携帯電話やテレビで伝わる、ニュースのことをいいます。

例）毎度、地震速報の音に驚かされる。

オフィスの近くのラーメン屋にいったのですが、地元のお客さんばかりで「一見さんお断り」のような雰囲気で、嫌でした。 

メニューもなし、金額もわからない。サービスも無し。ラーメンも一種類だけ。 亭主の対応、激悪い。 

もう日本のこの文化は、今すぐやめたほうがいい。 

【ひとことフレーズ】 

・一見さんお断り　Invitation-only or No First Time Customers 　知り合いのお客さんや、地元のお客さんだけに優しくしたり、外からのお客さんに冷たい対応をしたり、変な文化があります。 特に、お店のオーナーのこだわりが強かったり、頑固だったりすると、”一見さんお断り”のような雰囲気を出すお店があります。 気を付けましょう。 

例）あのお店、なんか対応が悪いけど、顔なじみのお客さんには、対応良いんだよね。たぶん、一見さんお断りなんだよ。 

・汗だく たくさん汗をかいた様子。 夏に、ラーメンや、カレーを食べて、汗をかきまくった時や、スポーツで汗をかきまくった時に、使われます。 

例）中本のラーメンを食べたら、辛すぎて、汗だくになった。

White Day is the day when a man who received chocolates or any other gifts on Valentine's Day gives back a gift to the person that gave them to him.

On Valentine's Day in Japan, women usually give chocolates gifts to the men they love or appreciate. There is no exchange of presents. However, the following month, men return the favor by giving back.

今日は、ホワイトデイについて語っております。

日本では、バレンタインデーは女性→男性に、ホワイトデーは女男性→女性という文化になってます。

ホワイトデーは、日本だけの文化ですので、是非日本にいる人は、楽しんでいってくださいね！

【ひとことフレーズ】

・倍返し　（ばいがえし）

→　倍（ばい）は times のことで、2倍、3倍、4倍の倍です。この倍返しとは、2倍で返すことを言います。

　プレゼントをもらった場合は、そのもらったプレゼントの2倍くらいの価値、価格の物をお返しするという時などに使われる表現です。

　この他にも、何か、嫌なことをされたり、けんかでボコボコにされた場合も、倍返し（→リベンジ的なニュアンス）もあります。

例）出世したら、倍返ししてね！

  I talked about the Great East Japan Earthquake, which was in 2011. Time flies so fast. It has passed for 11 years quickly.

  As a result of the disaster, which caused the triple tragedy of the earthquake, tsunami and nuclear accident, approximately 20,000 people lost their lives and over 2,500 are still officially reported as missing, while a further 6,000 suffered injuries. In total, over 470,000 people were evacuated from their homes. As of the end of November 2021, the number of evacuees decreased to approximately 39,000, among which around 1,000 people are still in temporary housing.

  I would like to show our appreciation for all countries to support Japan at that time. It is hard to express our appreciation to Taiwan for how much we thanked and are supported by your warm heart. Thank you so so much. Our government is stupid sometimes, but we never forget the moment your country supported Japan so much. Thank you once again.

　今日は、11年前に起こった、東日本大震災の時のことを思い出したので、その時の話をしていきたいと思います。

もう11年も経ったんですね。時がたつのは本当に早い。
