In 2014 he transitioned to a career in real estate as a Realtor with Keller Williams, leveraging his expertise to co-host the #1 Canadian real estate investment podcast Breakthrough Real Estate Investment Podcast (over 2 million downloads). Since then, Sandy has built multiple successful businesses within the real estate space - a realtor team selling over 300 units per year, a property management company, and an investment company.

Dan Heon has been a mortgage broker since 2002, a real estate investor since the mid-1990s, and is well known in the Canadian real estate investment community. Brokering mortgages only for investors twenty-two years ago, Dan has completed well over six thousand five hundred mortgage transactions.


Over the last three decades, Dan has personally acquired over 83 properties and has executed all real estate investment tactics such as buy and hold, fix and flip, buy – renovate – rent – refinance – repeat (BRRR), rent to own, land development, multi-family and many others. His latest passion is his private equity and using registered funds to do real estate.

About Zack
After completing a bachelor of commerce in economics and finance at 25 years old I started in real estate with ZERO experience. I talked my way into my first job in the business as a junior associate to another realtor who was crushing it and never looked back. I went from zero experience and skills to a top producer in 3 years with 11 doors in my portfolio.

Now, after 6 full years in the business we have built a small team to help our clients buy, renovate, manage, and sell real estate in Waterloo Region. I have a lot of fun working with clients to start and build their real estate portfolio here in my hometown! We believe in working through the process with our clients step by step to set them up for success long term. Our first-hand selling and investing experience helps our clients execute and take advantage of the team we have to support them. My long-term goal is to be a leader in my area and build incredible local businesses to provide honest service to our clients while working in a position where I can spend time with my family and clients to help them with whatever they need most!
