I learned so much with my conversation with Coach and Leader Lester Young. He talks about the power of accepting yourself and accepting others in your journey to love and healing. I'm walking away so inspired, motivated, and challenged.

I loved this conversation with Kellan Fluckiger as he describes creating his ultimate started in part by creating his own definition of love. I had a great conversation with Tyson LaRone who is known as the Warrior Philosopher on Tik Tok and is an all-around solid guy. We talked about how love does and doesn't change with changes in our lives.

From this conversation I took away the idea of "do I have examples in my life of who I claim to be?" And not just examples from way back when but in the past few weeks.

Sometimes in an interview, I get surprised by something that was said and I have to say "wait a minute - back up to that point."
