Many women of color entrepreneurs struggle with overcoming the need to do everything on their own. This belief is keeping them from seeking the help they need. However, the truth is that asking for help is a sign of strength and a vehicle for faster personal and entrepreneurial growth. You can go much further in business and life by setting aside your ego, embracing vulnerability, and seeking guidance from mentors, peers, and experts. In this episode, I share my experiences of struggling to ask for help and how finally putting aside my ego opened up many opportunities for me.

That is why it is especially necessary for Black entrepreneurs to build wealth so we can gain access, use our voice, and uplift those around us.
