Anthony started his career at Manchester United FC, spending five years developing club branded product before moving into toys for the next 10 years where he worked on many pre-school brands from Disney to Bob the Builder, it was during this period where he spent a large proportion of the year in the Far East working with manufacturers. He left an industry he enjoyed to start his own company from his spare bedroom. Fast forward to 2024, the Fanattik pop culture brand has become a fan favourite, a licensing partner for many of the global entertainment studios both film and video game, the company designs and manufactures gifts and collectibles which are then sold to retailers worldwide.

She’s designed everything from retail interiors to global brand activations, bespoke furniture to award-winning digital customer experiences, and now helps impact-focused leaders and female founders grow their organisations using the power of brand, storytelling and design. Her agency has unearthed hundreds of brands across the globe and helped leaders meaningfully show up and stand out.

A few things about Lauren…

  1. I trained as a furniture designer, and have showcased my work at Stockholm Furniture Fair, Levi’s Paris flagship store, The Big Chill Bar London and Topshop Boutique.
