Kallum with a K is a leader in marketing, sales and growth for small businesses. He is the Founder and Chief UNpreneurship Officer of UNpreneur. In less than 3 years, UNpreneur has become the UK’s largest provider of Student Enterprise training for universities in the UK, working with 31 institutions across all four UK countries. The company also provides straight-talking business support to help business owners stuck at £40k-£70k revenue per year package and systemise their expertise, to go from UNcertainty, frustration and stagnant sales to predictable growth. Outside of work, Kallum describes himself as an UNapologetic foodie. He also loves travelling, is learning German, and is obsessed with music (especially Billy idol, Metallica and Duran Duran).

Anthony started his career at Manchester United FC, spending five years developing club branded product before moving into toys for the next 10 years where he worked on many pre-school brands from Disney to Bob the Builder, it was during this period where he spent a large proportion of the year in the Far East working with manufacturers. He left an industry he enjoyed to start his own company from his spare bedroom. Fast forward to 2024, the Fanattik pop culture brand has become a fan favourite, a licensing partner for many of the global entertainment studios both film and video game, the company designs and manufactures gifts and collectibles which are then sold to retailers worldwide.

Lauren Jones, Founder and CEO of Boudica (formerly Box Creative), is an Accredited Brand Architect, Strategist and Specialist, MA and BA (Hons), NLP Master Practitioner (and certified yoga instructor!).
