Listen, James Clear (author of best-selling book Atomic Habits) is a great guy and all, but sometimes we don't want all the science-y bits and critical analysis of habit-building. We just want to make some changes in our lives!

In this week's episode, we explore habit-building for normal people. Caroline comes at it from years of trial and error, exploring all kinds of processes, and Jason is once again a robot. We share the habits that have made the BIGGEST positive impact and the habits we've let go of that no longer serve us (or were bad habits).

One of the toughest decisions, when you work for yourself, is deciding when you should PUSH THROUGH and when you should PULL BACK.
