MENENDEZ: It is our solemn duty to put aside our ideology, to turn off Rush Limbaugh and leave politics in the cloakroom. Our vote on this groundbreaking legislation, comparable to Social Security and Medicare —

RUSH: Stop it, that’s all we need to hear from the guy, he’s just a buffoon, but here we are, they’re rolling, they’re on track now for their Christmas Eve at nine p.m. vote and still Senator Bob Menendez of New Jersey has to tell the Republicans, stop listening to me, stop being ideological, which is all the Democrats are being here, pure 100% ideology. I got an e-mail note from a friend today, ‘Is it hopeless? Is it over? What do we do? I’d like to go out and raise some money but everybody is tapped out.’ I said raising money is not what’s necessary right now. We have had two rallies in Washington. It’s obvious that members of the Democrat Party in both the House and Senate don’t care one way or another about what the public opinion of this is. That’s been obvious for a long time. I still think, folks, what you ought to do is just pound these people with e-mails, phone calls, faxes, whatever, pound every damn one of them at their offices from now until hell freezes over, before, during, and after all of this, just keep pounding them. It’ll make you feel better, and who knows, it may have some effect at some point down the road.

RUSH: Okay, the story is that I’m “out of control.” That’s in the Drive-By Media. The fact is that they’ve devolved into what is an out-of-control, hysterical mob. Here’s what’s really happening with all this, ladies and gentlemen. The Drive-By Media in concert with the Democrat Party are now defending what is a false attack ad against Republican candidates. The Michael J. Fox ad is false. They are defending that ad. They are defending experiments on embryos. They are lying about candidates. They are lying about science. They are the campaign ad production team for the Democrats now. They may as well be, the Drive-By Media, and let me back this up.

RUSH: Now,President Trump has tweeted two things last night around 9:20. “Next week,” he says, “ICE will begin the process of removing the millions of illegal aliens who have illicitly found their way into the United States. They will be removed as fast as they come in. Mexico, using their strong immigration laws, is doing a very good job of stopping people” at their southern border “long before they get to our Southern Border.

So, in the brief break, the brief segment we have, let me review here. “Coronavirus is not a major threat for the people in the United States and this is not something the citizens should be worried about,” Dr. Fauci, January 21st. He later said, “The American people…” Five days later, January 26: “The American people should not be worried or frightened by coronavirus. This is a very, very low risk to the United States.

RUSH: Folks, there’s an overriding problem here. I’ve talked about it a number of times over the course of many, many broadcasts on the EIB Network. And every time I bring it up there’s a little inner voice, “Rush, don’t make too big a deal about this because this is something that every adult generation has thought or has felt when they look at the worthless and useless younger generations.” I’m just kidding.

And then there’s another voice says, “No, Rush, this is worse than the normal pattern. What I’m talking about is the degree of maleducation.” LeBron James is a classic example of just sheer uneducation inside a body and mind who thinks he’s a genius. He doesn’t know diddly-squat.

Most of the people on the left who are out there espousing communism, supporting communism, defending communism have simply been poisoned. They’ve not been properly educated. And it’s a problem. When Thomas Jefferson becomes a bigger problem in America than Hugo Chavez was in Venezuela, we’ve got a problem. That has not been something that every generation assumed growing up in America, but there are young people today who believe that Thomas Jefferson is a scourge on the United States, and we need leaders more like Hugo Chavez or Fidel Castro or, you name it.

CALLER: I just want to say I admire you, and although I’m a little upset with you right now, I do love you. I’m one of those people who I’m going to protest, I’m not going to be voting, and let me give you some reasons why I’m not going to be voting. They’ve been in power for 12 years. We have a border situation, we have 30 million illegal aliens in this country, and they are not doing a thing about it. The Dems take it to us on everything, education, the judges, look what they’ve done to Katherine Harris. They basically have thrown her under the bus over here in Florida. I’m of the opinion that when you go to a restaurant and you get really, really bad service, I mean just abysmal service, you don’t tip them. And the Republicans basically right now have not —

RUSH: Let me ask you something. If you go to Cracker Barrel and have something to eat and you don’t like it, do you say, “Screw you! I’m never coming back here,” and you go to a place that will serve you poison?

CALLER: (Laughing.) I’m trying to see what your point is there. If I got really bad service, that’s one thing. You get a bad meal every now and then no matter where you go.

This 35-page “dossier” — that’s another thing.You notice the media yesterday calling this document that they claimed that Trump had — did you hear what this was, Wendy?You didn’t hear what they accused Trump of?Basically, they said Trump hired prostitutes to come urinate on a bed at the Ritz-Carlton in Moscow because Barack and Michelle had slept on the bed.

That was one of the allegations, and it turns out the Democrat Party is behind this.A donor and a strategist for Planned Parenthood wrote the dossier, a guy who has worked for Planned Parenthood. Do not ever doubt me when I tell you that everything in opposition to Trump is gonna have its roots in the Democrat Party, to one of their think tanks, to one of their groups, to one of their institutions, to Hillary and Bill Clinton. It’s inescapable. The guy that wrote this dossier — that’s another thing, you call the report a dossier, a “dossier.”

Colin Powell is not a “partisan.” He doesn’t say mean things about people except the people who deserve to have mean things said about them, like me.But, other than that, he doesn’t criticize establishment types.And look what’s in these emails.My God, we could make at least two T-shirts with nothing but Colin Powell quotes on the front!In fact, that may be an idea.They’ve been trying to push the idea that Powell won’t be voting for Trump because Powell called Trump “a national disgrace.”
