Let go mentally and emotionally of everything that has been weighing heavily upon you. Give your burden to Me, says the Lord, and I will give you the kind of rest that allows you to access healing and restoration in your spirit, soul, and body. Breakfast4u is now served. On today’s menu: “Don’t Believe the Hype...” Beloved, now is the time for you to strengthen yourself in your faith in spiritual reality. Stop looking only at the natural or physical realm, and seek to know and discern what I am doing in the Spirit, says the Lord. Most of the noise around you is designed to draw you away from spirituality into carnality. So I admonish you Don’t believe the hype of this world. You must resist and stop giving so much time and attention to worldly things that consume you. Be mindful that worldly reality is not Spiritual reality. Rise up above all of the noise and find Me. Remember, when you Me, you find peace. Mark 4:24 declares, “Then He said to them, Take heed what you hear.
