What's up, chattys?!

It's ya girl coming in hot with another meditation followed by a short discussion on intuitive eating. We start with grounding down and meditate on trusting ourselves, loving our bellies & letting go of the stories culture has forced upon our sacred solar plexus area(the stomach, trunk, digestive system). 

Following the meditation, Erika goes over the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating from intuitiveeating.org and shares a bit about her journey with following the methods, as well as some motivation to integrate them into your daily life!

We talk injury and getting back to full strength after being down and out. Erika's rehab and physical therapy on her foot are going well. She has her MRI next week and then we'll know for sure about any possible tendon damage. Being injured is one thing, but what about when you live life in fear and never push yourself past your limits?? Jena wanted to explore why people are so afraid of actually getting shit done.
